not worth the money

I had to get the geek squad to install the mount which cost pretty much the same as the mount, maybe a little bit more . The mount doesn't let you move your tv as much as I was expecting.

Lacked needed hardware to install and limited rota

Best Buy sent me to Rocketfish and they told me I should speak to Best Buy I will never buy another Rocketfish product again.

Make sure that your house has 16inch studs!!

Not the best

YES, I tightened all that need to be tightened and it still swings free. Not a big problem because we are a couple, no kids. But if we have visitors we have to worry, if anyone who doesn't know that it swings free tries to swing it, it may hit the wall. We are not happy.
