This my first wall mount. Upon opening the box and reading the instructions any worries I had disappeared. The hardest part installing the mount was locating the studs, but once that was done the installation progressed very quickly. This mount is very sturdy and easy to adjust even with a 55 inch LED TV attached to it. My only complaint, which is a very minor one, is that I had trouble keeping the TV level. I solved that problem with a drop of LocTite on two of the screws that allow the mount to slide.

We needed a bracket that could be mounted to brick and support a large TV. This works well and gives a good range of motion. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it was the only option that was in stock and fit the area where we wanted to place it.

I'll admit to not having much experience with wall mounts as this is my first one, but this one is great. Me and my wife installed it with ease and it looks great as a part of my home theater. My only real gripe was the price. I'm sure I could have found the same mouth for cheaper elsewhere, but I was lazy and didn't feel like shopping around, so that's on me.

I think that this TV mount was a very good purchase for my needs. I have a very long and kind of narrow basement. The TV & mount are on one side of the basement space and I have a pool table on the other. My goal was to place the TV with the full-motion mount on one of the long walls so that I could pull it out and angle it towards the pool table area to allow for TV viewing when playing pool. For the most part this is a success. My only gripe is that being a full-motion mount, I expected a little bit more motion when pulling the TV away from the wall and turning it towards the pool table area. The angle will work, but I expected a little bit more according to the information I had gathered on the mount and the TV. It's a small petty gripe, but one worth mentioning in the event there's someone else out there wanting to do the same thing. Otherwise, I have been extremely pleased with this product and the installation, which I did with the help of a friend, was extremely easy. I really do recommend this product!

I am using this to mount a Samsung 40 inch LED/LCD and it provides more than enough support and flexibility. Installation was straightforward -- it took about an hour. You will need a wrench for the lag bolts that attach the mount to studs, a drill to drill pilot holes for the lag bolts, a screw driver and a level. The instructions are clear and all of hard hardware is included. You may also want a package of wire ties. The ties that came with the mount were cheap and snapped in half during use. The finished installation is very clean. All in all, this is a great product. This seemed a little high to me, but it is a high quality mount.

Easy install and works great. Easy to re position the TV for watching from different locations or push back flat to get out of the way.

it is alittle costly and it is farther away from the wall than I expected. I wanted it so we could turn the tv from side to side, which it can do, if the tv is not so big. I wish I had understood what my husband was trying to explain before we purchased it. The bigger the tv, the less room for side to side turning. We have a 55" tv and it does turn a small amount, but not enough to have paid more for this mount as opposed to a less expensive one that does not turn side to side and it would be closer to the wall

This is very easy to set up, especially if you have a good stud finder. It does everything it says. You can lock it in place if you want or leave it loose to allow for easy swing. I would recommend this. I wish it were less expensive.

Im glad I bought this mount, easy to install, very sturdy its looks great and does it job. It was a little pricy but its worth the money. I would recommend it to others.my tv is a 42 in .

The flat panel TV wall hanger works well, the only problem I encountered was the final hanging of the TV. The instructions said to mount the articulating arm to the wall bracket first and then mount the TV on the arm in place, not the easiest thing to do. After trying the way the assembly instructions suggested with no luck, I opted to mount the arm on the TV first then hang the TV on the wall bracket, much easier. I also suggest developing a more positive means of leveling the TV mount on the clockwise/counter-clockwise rotational axis, 2 screws with no locking feature alow the panel to rotate over time. Overall a good product.

I have a Sony 55" LCD and looked at several mounts before deciding on this one. It is very easy to attach and mount and the swivel motion is very smooth. The only thing that I would say negative is that there is no way to judge the height of the placement of the tv on the wall unless you mount the bracket on the tv first and measure from the floor up to the bottom of the bracket. Other than that it works great.

Overall I am very pleased with all the RocketFish products that I have bought !! However the GEEK Squad did a sloppy job & left a mess for me to clean up & the sales folks at the store told me when they came to install the wall mount , that I would not have to buy anything extra , because THE GEEK Squad , had everything needed to make the installation...WRONG They did NOT !! I had to go to BEST Buy & get 2 new 9 foot or longer HDMI Cables & Guess what , they had NONE & I had to go to Fryes & get what I needed...Go figure ?? I even did the survey about my installation experence & told them I was not pleased at all ! & yep you guessed it ...they never responded !! no wonder they are losing money & going down the toilet !! they will probably delete this...but at least I got to vent some of my anger ~~!! Get someone else to do the install, it would be smarter !!

We bought this bracket to mount our TV on the wall. It mounted easily and is able to move if we want to pull out the tv from the wall or tilt it it does all of these things as the best buy sales people told us it would. its awesome.

This wall mount provides an optimal viewing angle when placed centrally in your viewing room. It comes straight out from the wall, or, positions left or right, or, the angle that is most interesting tilt it forward then angle left or right. Wall mounting had always been something that was not considered but when faced with limited space being able to manuever a flat panel TV removes most perceived prohibitions.

It took me about 3 hours to install this mount for my 46" 75 lb. Samsung LCD TV. The mount is universal and worked well with my set. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It could have been a little more clear about why the extensions might be used and how to determine if I needed to use them. I decided that I didn't need them only to discover later that because of some of the connectors I had to the back of the set (a SVGA connector for a computer hookup and an RCA plug) that I probably should have used them. Since I don't really use these connectors any more, I took them off and didn't bother going back and using the extenders. Also the instructions showed a pair of washers for each screw when using the extenders, but only 4 total washers were supplied whereas 8 would have been required when using the extenders. The biggest problem I had was that when I moved the TV up against the wall to the left, the entire plate would CLUNK about 1/4" down. Then I would move it to the right and CLUNK down on the other side. I realized this was from the set screws that go into the bottom of the bracket (fortunately one of the last steps). Those screws were about 5/8", or slightly longer than 1/2" long. I had them screwed in all the way, but it wasn't enough to snuggly hold the TV when swinging the mount from side to side. I went to the local hardware store and found that they only had 3/4" screws of the same type. I wanted 1", but decided to go with that. Fortunately, for the $1.08 more for those two screws, the mount is now nice and solid when moving side-to-side. Still, the TV goes slightly out of level when moved more than about 20 degrees to the side from the center position. I think there must be a little play in the center pole or maybe I should go back and get some silver 1" screws (the kit comes with all black screws). It's a very slight mis-alignment, but still we feel like we can see it. According to my tool, it's about 1/8 a bubble off when all the way off center and up against the wall on either side. I definitely needed help making sure the TV was lined up with the hook as I hefted it to shoulder height. We like the look and I am glad I bought a nice sturdy wall mount although I did run into these few issues.

This mount is ideal for the large room. It looks good on the wall and it is easy to use. Great to be able to move tv from side to side.

I wanted a mount that spanned two studs. I just did not trust the mounts that only attached to one stud. It was fairly easy to install and simple to mount to my TV. I was able to get this unit for about half price which made it well worth the money. The only negative I had about this unit was the awful instruction manual. Otherwise this is a great mount.

I've had my 65 in tv hanging on this mount for the last 1 1/2 years. Was easy to put up. Pulls away from the wall and swivels enough to get behind the tv to get to the connections with ease

Still works great aftersix years. It outlived the TV
