Mount is perfect for our area.

The bracket allows the TV facing to be adjusted to a specific area or viewable by all. Since it is stored up and upon the wall there is no additional furniture to take up space. The tilt allows for deflecting any glare during a very sunny day. We are very happy with this item and Best Buys installation.

It works and is easy to install.

Even though one person can do the installation by him or herself, it helps, a couple of times during the installation, to have a second person with you. Especially if it a large flat screen TV you are mounting.

No so easy

Nice mount for a heavy TV

Only down side is the off set centering when TV is pushed toward wall. Other designs allow better centering of TV. Easy to install and robust design provide confidence of long term reliability. My initial purchase had an issue with tension in the tilt and swivel. I returned the first one and replaced with the same model, and it worked fine.

This is a great mount can see TV from any angle

We are able to move the TV back and forth depending on where we are in the living room. It seems pretty sturdy as well. We are glad we had it mounted up on the Wall instead of setting it on a Entertainment Center or TV Stand..
