The mount is awesome, best buy's installation price, not so much...the mount itself however is extremely convenient with all its pivoting action.

I bought this to mount my 60" tv in our basement. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and wasn't difficult to install. I liked how easy it is to tilt and turn the TV with almost no effort at all. I was a little wary at first on putting a 60" on a full-motion mount instead of just a tilt, but this mount has handled it like a champ. My only gripe really is that some of the screws for tightening seem to be in a bit of an awkward spot and I'm not a fan of the arm that pulls it away from the wall, but these are just personal nitpicks to an otherwise 5-star wall mount.

I got this mount wasn't really sure about a wall mount but we fell in love with it... Once we had it installed and tv up and running we loved it great product...

mount works great, easy to install on the wall and attach the tv to it. We have had zero complaints since installing it almost 2 months ago.

The full motion wall mount is great. Bring as though I have an open living room and dining room, this wall allow me to watch tv in either space.

After making some alterations for a solid wall support, and mounting our 55" T,V. to it , it works very smooth and we have no problems with it.

We got this full range bracket, why not? For just a little more money this pulls out of the wall and tilts in all directions. Fits most TVs.

The was one of the easier wall mounts I have set up, 3rd. Did it by myself, only issue I had was the screws and spacers. I had to modify the spacers to get them to put bracket frame to the TV.

Use this mount to hang my 55" Samsung TV. It's great that it rotates and tilts very easily. Directions where clear and was straight forward to put together.

Was led the mount to believe the mount was complete, and everything I needed to mount TV, in fact screws for mounting to TV were too short, and needed to go to store to buy longer ones

It's a very sturdy mount for sure, but it's sooooo limited in its swing for big tvs that I would have rather paid the extra hundred and got one of the arm mounts that reach farther.

First time installing a full motion mount. It was much easier than I was expecting. Looks great and doesn't stick out too far from the wall.

This wall mount does everything Best Buy says it will do--it holds the TV on the wall and we can easily tilt up/down, move right/left, in/out, etc. It's just what we needed for our covered patio location to combat glare and reflections and adjust so we can see the TV from the pool or from patio seating. We had the Geek Squad install so can't comment on ease of installation. The Geek Squad folks were professional, competent and met our expectations.

Had a different one on another tv can't remember the brand and it was a quick 10 minutes to setup but this came with so many screws and different ways to set up that it was little confusing but I finally got it up and it works ok

I needed a T V wall mount that moved away from the wall to get behind TV and add cdmi or whatever it is perfect and very easy to pull out

I cringed at the price, but the installation wasn't too bad and the flexibility of the arm is really pretty good. I have quite a bit of range for the TV.

My TV mount has fulfilled the purpose of opening up space in our family room by eliminating our TV stand. It moves to the full range of motion advertised, and is very sturdy.

This one of the best wall mounts I have found. It allows the TV to turn left and right and up and down and hold position without drifting.

I use it for my 47 inch tv. I put it in the corner of the room so it could be seen at all angles. Because its full motion you can move all the way to the right or left for your viewing pleasure.

Excellent mount for the 55 inch curved TV we have. It moves very nicely if you need to change direction or do something behind the TV.
