Good bracket a bit expensive

Perfect wall mount for my tv

I actually reviewed several television mounts in the store before I made my selection. I am happy with my television mount. It does everything that I wanted. The service representative was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the item. I like to shop Best Buy stores because they make my shopping easier to do.

A great mount for price. Half price of other brand

It install nicely and was easy to maneuver on the mounted bracket to center up. Only complaints (1)took a while to get tv level. Probably just me as first time. (2) brackets that connect to tv to mount make it a little difficult to connect hdmi based on height we want. Should have been built where it wouldn't have mattered but with a little wiggling they went in.

Great Service

I waited for Duane, who I knew would point me in the right direction. He recognized me by name after only meeting me once and recommended the right purchase. Duane represents the best service Best Buy or any other company could hope to offer. If he isn't in charge of someone or something, Best Buy is missing the boat.
