I was following the instructions and figured out that the tv was not going to be as high as I wanted it. I went over my calculation several times and still came up the the same answers. It was only a few inches and it still ended up working with the furniture that we bought. If it was off a little bit more off, it would have not worked

I wanted a mount that could be pulled down. This only tilts down. I knew this but couldn't find what I wanted other than online and my husband didn't want to get it online. It is sturdy and secure and feels like it will last We did pay the extra zillion dollars To have the Best Buy guys put it up, just in case.

First choice when I bought a larger TV. Basic tool knowledge and common sense is really all that's needed for installation. 2nd person a must for mounting TV on Bracket.. Then enjoy.

Good Product...a bit tough to mount TV to

I used it for a fairly heavy 42inch Plasma and had no concerns with it. It was a bit difficult to get the bracket to secure to the mount on the wall, but it only took a couple of minutes (there is a set screw at the bottom that gave me some problems). Due to its full range of motion it does stick out from the wall more than I had hoped.
