It has windows so at times there is glare and being able to reposition the tv allows me yo view a clear picture all the time. It also affords me the space on my work bench now that the tv is on the wall.

60 inch plasma installed with this per geek squad

So they were very efficient with installation & I'm sure have installed many. Didn't take them very long. Fairly close to wall when flush. Since it's 60 inches, don't get that much of an angle when pulled out, but our area is open & don't need that much angling.

Everyone that has an expensive L.E.D TV always fears it will crash and burned after being intalled. The fact is that this product is without a doubt one of the best purchases I've made for my home entertainment system.

Good product but too expensive

It is pretty easy to install but not that easy to adjust. There are a few adjustments to ensure the TV is going to be aligned with the mount. It is difficult to find the "sweet spot" and it takes a while to find the perfect adjustment. Product is really flexible and I can adjust my TV to the best viewing angle.

Does what it's supposed to

The sales associate attempted to up sell me by telling my it wasn't reliable and that I needed to get one that was more expensive. I had read many reviews here before buying it and have had similar ones in the past so stuck with this one.
