But the directions were VERY clear, the product really solid and well-made, and I had great confidence that it would hold the TV and perform as promised - which it did. A little pricey, I thought, but what the heck.

STRONG AS AN OX & VERSATILE

Don't care for it-but stuck w/it now

Make sure it's level, make sure its level, make sure its level, got it... The wall mount is Level. The TV is Level... UNTIL you swing it in any direction (the sole reason for buying this mount- Crooked as a jay-bird as "they" say... Don't like it. Box was sealed, arm does not appear to have any damage, or bend, but when you swing that TV OUT, it's CROOKED...

Purchased Two!

The living room has a fireplace that stick out and the TV is mounted in the corner of the room (the house is 116 years old so it is not mounted on the fireplace). The mount extends out to allow our LG to be seen everywhere in the living room. The same for our other LG mounted in a bedroom.
