    Great mount, only drawback is how far away from the way the tv sits when it is fully pushed flat. Function is smooth, secure and allows for viewing in other rooms or at angles.

    Best Buy’s convenience is the only reason I bought this tv wall bracket. Quality is acceptable, compared to cheaper brands, however I hope they could improve the design and more mounting options or applications, like ceiling-mounted, or wall-mounted with electronic control to manipulate the movement. Most TV brackets are intended to be mounted too high or irregular / limited spaces, a robotic function is a great upgrade since most TVs nowadays are “smart” why its bracket is still a “dummy”?
