    I could not install this product as it was too heavy for my condo walls. Buyer needs to have strong studs for this heavy duty tv mount.

    While I had some difficulty properly installing it, once it was up in the correct place it has worked fine. Though I wish for something more solid to hang expensive TV’s

    Not sure this is a problem with all units but I bought an open box item and it installed fine but the problem I had for my 65 inch TV was that the TV was not stay level at all positions as I would rotate the TV from one position as I would rotate the TV to watch in another room. So, it's fine as a fixed mount, but it doesn't work for me as something where I rotate from one position to another.
