    Exelent Wall Mount! Dont Hesitate

i already have one of these, so when i needed to put another tv on the wall in another room why wouldnt i get the same one? a third of the price you could pay, but at least half the best buy price. the product: supports most vesa standard mounting types, i just put a 40" led tv (25lbs) on this mount and it stays up just fine, this mount holds up to 60lbs, my 60" plasma weighs 66lbs so that will give you an idea of how much a tv weighs. this mount has tilt up and down and side to side with a full motion, i use it when i am in bed and also when i am on my eliptical machine on the other side of the room, i just extend it out away from the wall (about 10 inches) and swing it around so i can see it while i am working out. it is constructed really well and looks and feels solid, high quality product 5/5. a really great design in this product is the mounting hole placement, there are only two and they are vertical so you only have to find one stud in the wall to mount it. uses two screws to mount on a stud, not sure if they are included or not but you can get them at any hardware store, make sure you get screws that are rated for 100lbs or more to be safe, and you can find the stud on your wall by doing one of the following: try a magnet and run it along the wall until it sticks, if it does you have metal studs, you can drill right through them, if your studs are wooden, you can just knuckle tap the wall until the tone changes from hollow to dull, if you live in a newer house the studs should be 16"(center to center) apart in the wall, measure 16" from the left and right of the nearest light switch on the wall (the light switch casing is attached to a stud in the wall, it is either on the right or left of the stud, so you know for sure that the first stud is there),mark a little x on the wall on both marks and tap to see if it sounds hollow, the duller sound should be the stud. if your house is older the studs may be 24" apart. you can buy anchor bolts that will hold a tv on the wall by just going through the drywall, but i wouldnt do that, too risky!. dont be afraid to do it yourself, its easy, you could also run your cable from your box inside the wall up behind the tv, no one will see behind there so it doesnt have to be pretty, just run a level up the wall from the cable outlet and make a small hole and fish for the cable, you can do it!, a plate for the wall costs about $2. good luck! :)

I was looking for a wall mount with motion for an outside installation. I looked for weeks looking at the different reviews. This Rocketfish was one of the first ones I came upon. I continued to look at others, compare features and finally I made the purchase of this unit. My install was outside on a stucco surface. There was an easy template to follow included in the package. Four attachment points and it was securely on the wall. Once on, and with help to lift the TV onto the unit I found the unit to work as advertised; it pulls out from the wall, can swing left and right and can also be slightly tilted. I am handy and did all of the work myself, other than the lifting of the TV. Good instructions, and plenty of Optional Hardware attachments for different type of wall attachments. For those not as handy, I would suggest a friend with some knowledge of basic tools. Be mindful, read the instructions and don't cut corners. Rated 5 stars as it was as advertised, was heavy duty and not cheaply constructed.

Very well-designed TV wall mount - recommended

This a very robust TV wall mount, with a clean design and wide flexibility in positioning. I purchased a different wall mount product earlier this year, and I was limited to mounting it where a wall stud was located. This wall mount uses a frame that is attached to two adjacent studs (16" spacing) and the frame can be mounted off-center (by maybe 2"). The TV support arm can be mounted off-center on the frame (by maybe 8"). This allows the TV to be positioned virtually anywhere on a wall. This wall mount is very robust. The manufacturer claims the wall mount can support 100lbs. I principle, I believe this claim (the metal structure is very sturdy), but personally, I would not want to hang so much weight on the support arm, if the arm would be fully extended away from the wall. The assembly is straightforward and easy to accomplish. All necessary hardware is provide (except the masonry anchors necessary for mounting to a concrete wall). In fact, a wide variety of machine screws (two different sizes in many different lengths) are provided for attaching the TV to the mount. There is little chance that it will be necessary to buy additional hardware to mount your TV. This is a well designed and executed product. I am impressed.

This TV mount is incredible. Love how it hides cables, extends out and folds in, swings L and R, and tilts up and down. Amazing. Very sturdy. Don't be a neanderthal...read the directions. They make it very easy to install. Be sure to use the correct spacers...that can be a bit confusing or tricky. Even if the back of the TV may seem "mostly" flat you'll likely need the spacers to level out the brackets. Most important is to drill into studs or anchor into brick. I (169lbs) hung from the wall brace/bracket before mounting my TV...it didn't move.

    The only mount I'll buy

Bought this mount for our 40 inch Sharp TV for in the corner of our bedroom. . After reading many reviews after I had already installed everything I focused on what people didn't like. I found that I didn't like it didn't come with very many mounting fasteners for different wall options. It's strong and sturdy as I've tested it in many configurations and it's weight limit seems to be about part, maybe not the full 100 pounds but heavy enough for most TV's. Assembly went good, I didn't have good 16" o/c studs but was able to use wall anchors instead. I love the full motion for positioning and attaching cables on the back that flat mounts don't give you. It also sits nice and flat against the wall. Pro: I find it personally very strong and sturdy. Full motion. Decent assembly with a lot of adjustability (take your time here and don't fully snug everything up until your happy with it's position, this is very important). Came with a really nice template that I taped to the wall for alignment of my bolts. Cons: Only comes with lag screws. Could have thrown in some 1/4 or 3/8 wall anchors and bolts and nuts with it for what were paying for this thing.

I purchased this when we moved to a new home where our entertainment stand didn't really fit in the new living room. I mounted our 55" Samsung to accommodate the new room and I can say I am very happy with this mount. I've had other Rocketfish static or tilt mounts for smaller TVs and set them up, but the full motion mount is definitely worth the premium if you're moving the TV a lot. We have some weird angles depending on if we want to watch from the kitchen or if we have a glare from large windows, etc. This mount makes adjusting super quick and easy, and it feels very sturdy. The installation was incredibly simple and took about 20 minutes (maybe 30 with cleanup) for someone that tends to screw up leveling and drills a bajillion holes before getting it right - this went up hassle free and for that I am grateful. I got it on sale for $50 off, not sure I'd shell out the full price, but for 55"-75" this is a fantastic option for a mount. For anything smaller you'll probably see the mount around the edges of the TV and won't look as clean, so I'd look for something else.

This full motion TV mount is rock solid and easy to attach to your wall. I have an old entertainment center that only holds a 40 inch TV. I needed to use that location to install a large screen TV, so I installed two studs in it to emulate attaching the mount to a wall in my living room. It works great, and you can see from the picture how solid it is. And connecting the two horizontal and vertical mounting bars to my TV was easy, and every bit of hardware you might need is included.

Had the Geek Squad handle the install as I am not the most handy, but the installation looks straightforward. Using this mount for a 65-inch TV and it is perfect. Range of motion is excellent and movement is smooth and it feels very secure and sturdy. Would recommend this mount over some of the higher priced options if you're looking for a full motion mount.

The template makes installation easy, the full range of motion is exactly what I needed. They aren't kidding when saying you can adjust with your fingertips, this mount will go wherever you want it to easily. The quality is great, I wouldn't be afraid to mount a 70 inch TV at all. I have several full motion mounts but this one reaches out a bit further.

This is a great full motion mount for the price. The mount was easy to install with straight forward instructions. The mount is easy to use with the TV installed on it. Adjusting the roll of the TV required some trial and error, but once it was level, it was good to go. I am happy with this purchase.

I mounted this above my fire place (dry wall): I like this bracket a lot. It pulls/telescopes out from the wall a good ways if you want to. You can tilt the frame/tv up, down, left, right. You can turn it every direction enough so that if you are sit anywhere in a room and turn it to be the ideal view for you. It's also going to be easy to upgrade to a new tv. You basically just pull the tv down swap the bracket to the new tv then hang it back on the main mount on the wall (tighten it down). Not much more complicating than hanging a picture once the wall mount is up. All that ability to move it does mean it doesn't lay as flat as some can against the wall but it's only a few inches and it's not anything noticeable or odd. I'd buy two more just like this one.

I mounted a 65" inch LG to this. I know it's rated to 65, but it is a tad big for this mount (heavy), so I had a bit of trouble adjusting the leveling screws. Other than that, it was easy to go together, easy to mount and easy to move around the TV.

Sleek, works smoothly, and it easily supports my 65-inch tv. Full motion really means that. It comes about 2ft out from the wall, tilts up and down, left and right, and is easy to maneuver. I love it and would definitely suggest it to a friend.

just uncrating this i new it was a great product.. direction were easy to follow, they had all the screws you could possibly need regardless of tv.. mine was a DIY job, and coldnt have done it without everything the provided... the only thing i found was that the last screw you put in to secure the tv needs to be not tightened so that tv can swivel a bit as you move it around.. directions didn't say that, so maybe something else i did wrong along the way, but that worked to allow it to stay level when changing angles, etc... very important to make sure you have it level though.. no going back and no adjustments to overcome it if you dont

After purchasing a new QLED Samsung 75" TV I knew I would have to hang it, that only made sense to me. I looked at many types of mounts and decided I needed a full motion mount. My living room is approximately 25' x 18' so there are many vanish points to watch my new set from, thus the full motion mount. Once installed the geek squad installer even hung from the mount, full body weight, I would estimate about 175 pounds so I have no fear of my tv falling off the wall. As for ease of use and adjustment this mount is perfect in my estimation.

I just purchased a 65” television recently and quickly realized I needed it to be on my wall to be completely visible from my bed. I’ve had a wall mount tv in the past and it felt solid up against the wall thanks to these huge brackets that stuck out of every side of the tv. This new bracket though, was completely hidden and honestly didn’t give me too much confidence that it would hold up on the wall. I proceeded with the install anyway and was pleasantly surprised and how the bracket system actually works, how level everything can be made so easily and the amount of swivel this mount gives. I definitely recommend buying it.
