simple and easy, took no time to get it mounted and setting the TV was a breeze. I really like the way you can adjust the viewing angles and how it pulls out from the wall without feeling like it will fall. Secure but flexible

I love this product. I wasn’t sure how it would be with our curved tv but it is perfect. Very sturdy and it is great for when I’m cooking in the kitchen! I can just bring tv out and turn towards me. It’s definitely exactly what I was looking for but even better!

It wasn't what we ordered but our TV was at the top of the weight limit and the mount we did order didn't fit correctly..so they went to store to pick this one up..and wow..works really well..feels strong and stable and love having the full motion.

We got this mount for our 60 inch tv and it was perfect we ended up returning it because a friend of ours gave us theirs they didn't want anymore since they built theirs into the wall. You cane move the TV all around if you want to its great with 2 kids and 2 dogs.

Great wall mount - set up was relatively easy and we like the feature of being able to swing the tv to different angles and see it from different parts of the room. The Best Buy brand is quite similar to the more expensive models, so it saves money and is equal in features.

The mount rotated easily and holds up my tv well. I wasn’t sure how far the tv could turn or tilt, but it can rotate and tilt the right amount. So when I watch tv on my bed I can rotate it towards the bed and if there is a glare I can tilt it to fix the problem.

This TV Wall mount is the best I have ever purchased. It allows me to pull it out and angle it in a different direction, and then when not in use, I can push it back against the wall. Love that. It makes the room feel bigger.

I love having my tv on the wall in the bedroom. It is much easier to watch the news while in my bed before I go to sleep. It’s also a bonus that you can move it around so much. You don’t need an extra piece of furniture to put the tv on also.

Well made sturdy mount. Easy to follow instructions and hardware to fit most flat screen or curved TVs. Once studs were located, the mount was easy to affix to the wall and TV fit as shown in the instructions. Don’t need to be a craftsman to complete the installation.

The directions and pieces were very easy to understand. We put the entire thing together to go with our new Vizio TV on SB Sunday. The issue at the end is the final step that controls how the tv is aligned on the z-axis. The provided screw did not fit well and we used one from our spare parts collection to lock the TV into place. Could have just been a defective part.

I had the Geek Squad install the mount (and TV). It's on a concrete wall. First of all the Geek Squad was a "no muss, no fuss, worth it" choice. The mount allows me to easily adjust the screen during variable light (sun) conditions to avoid reflections. Perfect!

Geek Squad installed a tv in my son’s room with the wall mount. Wall mount is very sturdy & easy to move side to side & back & forth. He’s a gamer & sometimes plays games from his bed or sits in a comfy chair. He loves it. Highly recommend.

Understand that you have to move it around a lot to get it to adjust, sometimes you will have to tilt it to a different side to make it even but that is normal for all equipment like this....it really works well but just give it time.

When we got our new TV, we exchanged our old wall mount for this one. The old one kept everything much closer to the wall, but it didn't have the flexibility this one has, which made it difficult to reach up and make adjustments when necessary. So the flexibility and ease of moving the tv is nice with this mount, but it does stick out from the wall quite a bit. You have to decide what is more important to you.

Easy to install with just one person. The only thing I'd change is perhaps give more room to move the bolts going into the wall because not all houses are built with studs exactly the right width. And if they are, the studs might not line up right where you want to put the TV.

Make sure to center tv with the arm in and pushed in. Was able to loosen up bracket and move tv but had just a little that it could move. Was able to get it centered luckily. Didn't see anything about that on the directions but a stencil to put on the wall for drilling and centering. Once tv was mounted the arm pushes in and was off centered. Had just enough to loosen and move bracket.

This wall mount is heavy duty, very sturdy. As sturdy as it is, it is pretty simple to mount onto the wall. Put the template where you want the television, find the studs, drill your starter holes, mount your bracket with the large mounting screws. Love this mount.

The instructions were clear and all necessary hardware included for installation. Easy to install by one person but did actually take 3 of us to mount the TV. Two to hold the TV and one behind it to thread in the attachment screws. Once mounted the TV is very movable and stable
