I'll be honest, I did not want a TV Mount like this. We bought a 65 TV, for crying out loud, where the heck can't you already see it?! (lol) Plus, for the spot we were mounting the TV, I thought this and the money for it was unnecessary. I simply wanted a flat, hanging mount. I obviously lost that battle. This was actually the second one we purchased. The first was the one similar to this, but the arm on the bracket bent to one side, when closing the TV so it lays "flush." It was just too bulky and the TV stuck out quite a few inches which looked ridiculous to me. So we then bought this one. I am happy with it, especially because its pretty flush to the wall having both arms on the bracket.

Had this mounted in the kids room and its great. They are able to view tv anywhere in their room.

easy to mount. easy to use. the only 'problem' i've had is that after moving the tv at all, it slways seems to be leaning to the right. easily adjustable, but a little annoying.
