It is very sturdy for our 55" TV and provides great flexibility for moving the TV against the wall and out in multiple positions for different viewing angles. Great! Please be aware that you will need multiple tools for installation, including a pencil, drill, tape measure, level, and a screw gun or ratcheted screwdriver.
