Makes use of old cables

However, I had a bunch of "basic" 1080 HDMI cables laying around and some small bedroom TVs that I want to get off coax cable. For best quality on a large TV I would still recommend just buying a single better HDMI cable instead of "coupling" two older ones.

I needed to have a longer HDMI cord for my amazon fire stick. This was absolutely perfect and now I get perfect reception for my fire stick remote. If you have an older TV or non-smart TV this is a great investment!

Just what I needed

This made my cable too short to reach the device. This would have been fine if. the cable was not in the wall. This solve my problem by connecting this between the old cable and the new one which made it longer enough.
