So I had an extra long cord for a lot of money in my hand. I was walking by the TV accessories when I noticed this adapter. It just plain worked

Great accessory for conference rooms

In my conference room there is an hdmi cord on the table and I use this adapter to connect the cord to my hdmi to micro adapter. No issues. Works great!
