The connector works well and does not seem to create much loss of signal strength. It is a bit pricey for what you are getting and the technology involved in making the adapter does not warrant the price unless you are in a bad situation and it is the only thing available.

Some HDMI connectors connect cables, but sometime work by moving them around. At least with the Rocketfish, it's a solid connection.

We used it to connect 2 hdmi cables behind the walls when one 50' cable was not long enough. Cheaper than buying an a new longer cable.

Works fine (of course), and very compact, useful particularly if you need to extend cables running across a floor.

Bought this to replace another, more expensive coupler as it was very 'touchy' and would drop the signal if the cables were even slightly moved. This one is very snug and stays connected better than the other brand.

Instead of having to buy 2 HDMI cables I was able to cut my costs by buying the HDMI coupler so I could use it with an existing HDMI cable I already owned. Great alternative than having to buy an extra long HDMI cable.

Moved, and in arranging everything in my new home, wound up with stereo system on one side of room, television on another, with a hall and doorway in between. Didn't want to spend big bucks for a long-run HDMI cable; this coupler is perfect to connect two 8-foot HDMI cables. Done! The cable is there when I want to use it, and I can easily move it out of the way when it's not needed. Arguably not the perfect audiophile's solution, but I'm one happy camper.

This coupler allowed me to connect my HDTV to digital cable service provider and my entertainment system works very well.

Product is good. Connects really easily and have no problems with a/v signal. Plus I like the size, the coupler is really small barely noticeable. Price should be slightly lower. Overall satisfied with product.
