I was told by many people that I could not use this with my Galaxy s3. They said that the only one that would work is the expensive name brand one that Samsung makes. However, I am happy to report that this is a fantastic alternative. The picture clarity was amazing and the audio was spot on with no latency. Why spend almost $100 bucks on name brand, when you can get the same quality with this? Almost 2 years later and I still have no issues!!

Iam using it with Samsung Tab s with the extra adaptor provided, it works well but without the adaptor with normal connector it won't connect, also it doesn't charge my Tab s though I'm connecting charger on MHL adaptor, however video quality is excellent

Got approval at work to bring in a TV to watch the 2014 World Cup while at work but we can't stream from our computers. This device allowed us to use Univision or ESPN app to watch the game and stream it from the phone to the TV we had. Worked perfect for what we needed. No loss in picture quality. It charges your phone while you watch (need charger cable), although my phone actually used more battery than it could charge. Plug and Play. It basically duplicates whatever is on your phones screen to the TV. We used the product with a Galaxy S3 and S4. Converter does not work with a lot of phones however.

I bought this so I could use my phone on my TV through HDMI. I use to use a Netgear box to do it wirelessly but I had issues with that. There were lag issues. With this there are no lag issues and the image is beautiful. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of all the necessary wiring to get the display to work. You have to have a usb power supply connect to the module. them the HDMI cord. So its just a bulky mess at the bottom of you Note 5 when I'm trying to project the image for others to see. All and all, it works amazingly.

My family and I travel quite a bit. Many of the hotels tvs are not smart tvs. This device allows you to view all content from your phone on the tv screen. I currently have a netflix accout and we are able to watch movies anywhere we go. This is definitely a great product!

Did its job if I was careful not to move the cable while in use. I works on my Note 3 with my Hitachi plasma, it did not work on my Panasonic plasma. May be operator error - still experimenting. Great device for presentations a for playing movies when without a dvd or internet service.

Purchased this for use with my Samsung tablet, unfortunately it is not compatible with my tablet. There is nothing that says what items it specifically works with, I will say if you have a product it works with then it is awesome.

It works with the Samsung galaxy S 4 but not the samsung galaxy light, which is the phone that we mainly bought the HDTV adapter for in the first place. It's good for what we paid for it, just wish both phones would work.

Make sure you have MHL on your phone or tablet! Works well and easy to use, nice price too!

This adapter is compact and well made. It works with my Samsung Galaxy Tablet Pro when used with the included micro USB adapter (a crucial part for some Samsung tablets and cell phones to work).

I love the ease of use on this device. If it had a more firm connection (wiggles loose a bit easily) it would get 5 stars.

A super product that allows you to use your TV, or PC screen for your Smart Phone! It does more than that. Beware that it is compatible with only a few devices that Rocketfish suggests, however, it can affix to more devices than suggested. It is modern and sleek and a fabulous price. Buy it now at the fantastic price.

Was good picture but lag time was longer than expected, easy to install, but was difficult to keep connected which I don't seem to have that concern with other items.

I am impressed with the performance and support provided to my equipment. Excellent quality.

I got this for my Samsung Galaxy note 4. The first one purchased was an open box. Had to bring it back because all it did was glitch out. The 2nd one works good if you get the connector in just the right spot. Have to constantly mess with it. Really annoying. Just spend the extra money and get the one specifically for Samsung devices. One plus is that rocket fish is best buys brand so they will replace it if it screws up.

Didn't work for my note 3 and has to be powered which I found dumb. But it worked with my s3 as advertised but still had to be powered.

Easy to use - works like a charm. Full package to use the HDMI feature.

I love this! I can't believe it took me so long to know about this. Now I can watch recent movies without paying for HBO, Showtime, RedBox, Vudu, Pay Per View or any of the other "carriers". Can I like this 1000 times over? Lol. I gave it a four because I am unable (as of yet) to connect my Ipad but it works great on my Android phone that I hook to the TV
