Trying to broadcast YouTube clips though a phone was not a success, but I'm not entirely sure it was the fault of the adapter. Supposedly the Samsung phone I was using was capable of connecting through this adapter to a projector and broadcast the videos on the screen, but no image came through from the phone. I think we missed a step on the phone side, but we ended up returning this adapter and went another route instead.

Love that I can easily connect my phone (galaxy s5) to the TV via HDMI..sucks that it's only certain models that can connect. Tried to connect a Samsung Tab 2 and it wouldn't work. Got this because the other connections required WiFi

This don't work for all phones, Tried the note 5 and note 4 and my lg phone and it didn't work, but I note that it has potential because I only one before and was using it on a galaxy S5, and worked fine. So imma say that I would recommend this to someone, but you will really need to know if for sure your phone is compatible

It works on certain products not all but it is a good device I used it alot

This devise is only for old cell phones. Newones do not have this option.

I brought this based on the blue shirts advice. It did work for my Samsung 4S, and 5S phones. But it was not compatible with my Samsung A8 tablet. Probably not Rockfish fault. Just check compatibility first if your buying for use with Samsung device.

I went to the store not really knowing what I was looking for. The Best Buy associate went out of his way to get me exactly what I needed. He recommended this one and when I gave it to my son he said it was better than he expected and worked perfectly. Now my other son wants the same one.

This adapter is an easy way to transfer your Android screen to your TV screen. I used it to stream shows on Netflix (without having Internet at home). Just make sure you get the correct adapter for your specific phone. I used this with a Samsung Galaxy 5.

Unfortunately it was not compatible with my daughters phone so we had to return it but I have a friend that has had this before and absolutely loves it .. you just have to make sure that your phone is compatible with this particular device.

Wanted this item for a long time. When I purchase it I was told this would work on all phones. No it doesn't. After trying all the different brands that we all own in our house hold. We then noticed a small piece of paper in the box. It stated, works with Samsung only. What a let down that was to read. When I returned it the next day. The sales associate asked me why I was returning the merchandise? I then told him it was for Samsung only. He was shocked to hear that. To there understanding this device was for all other cell phone brands. He thanked me for that information. Gladly gave me my money back.

I was told by a sales associate to buy a more expensive product becasue that was what I was I needed for the purpose that I was going to be using it for. But I haven't seen any working capabilities from it what so ever. As of now I would not recommend this product to anyone

Excellent product and easy to use. I was tired of watching movies on my phone n came across this product which allows the picture quality to remain the same. I now watch movies on my Sony everyday n save lots of money because of this product.
