I didn't notice the faulty unit until after the return period was over for exchange. I've been in contact with rocketfish support. They told me to try a few various things that I'd already tried. I requested warranty RMA... All I've heard since is crickets. It's been a week now. The only contact is through email. No phone support. From here on out I've decided rocketfish products is not the way to go. I may change my mind if they correct my faulty product. If not I'll never support them or their products again.

However my only complaint is when playing and plugged in, sometimes it acts like my controller turned off for a second which is annoying. Only con thus far.
