The cord still works, but it says controller disconnected if I set the controller down. So I have to unplug it it and put it back in.

I hoped this would solve the problem of using so many disposable batteries, but it hasn’t. In fact we don’t use it at all anymore. Better off using plain old alkaline batteries. I wish I could find something rechargeable with good performance but haven’t yet, and certainly this didn’t work as well as I had hoped.

Wasn't the cable included that didn't work cuz it charged my phone and my other Xbox official battery pack. Plus its big. It scratched off the serial code sticker inside my controller.
