When my old battery backup died, I looked for something simpler (and lighter). I don't need a backup at that location anymore, just something to help hang on to my wi-fi router, It's in a room I don't use, but has come in handy nevertheless as an extension cord for my sewing machine and old devices.

The Rocketfish has one of the better protection warranty. 6 plus & 4 USB PORTS, is perfect for my set up. So each time your surge protector dies you are supposed to purchase a new one. Hope this one lasts longer than the last one.

I love this surge protector. There is plenty of space for large plugs and USB connections. The LED lights let you know the system is working. The electrical cord is heavy duty and a good safety factor. This is not your local hardware store protector.
