While the things does give off quite a bit of light even without switching the extra lighting on...that was easily masked; would be better if no lights when the light switch is off.

Just what I was looking for with all connections on the sides which gives a low profile installation. I use this surge protector for my entertainment center and it works perfectly. This item has dropped in price at BB by $22 since I bought it during the BB Black Friday sales. I am a BB Plus member and went in to the BB store for a price match but was told that it could not be done. I was told by the BB customer service rep that it could not be price matched because the savings would be TOO MUCH! The rep was nice but her answer was very disappointing. Makes me wonder if these BB memberships are actually worth it. So a 5 star product with 1 star customer service equals a 3 star rating. You need to do better BB!
