I was initially concerned the arms would not be long enough to fit the Sony HTX9000F as the two mount points are very far apart; not only do the arms reach easily, the kit also included adapters to fit the indented mounting system on the Sony soundbar. If you are mounting your TV & own a soundbar, this is an excellent choice!

The sound bar weight causes the brackets to slowly extend, until they settled, at a lower position. Still works for what I need. I couldn't tighten the hinge screws futher without fear of stripping the screws.
