Perfect for 40 inch tv

Very easy to set up

You will not be able to turn it from side to side, but it will tilt up and down. There is a lot of hardware that comes with this mount, but you will not use half of it. They added hardware for pretty much every tv on the market, so you will have to figure out which items works for your tv. The mount is made of quality products and installs very easy.

Nice and Simple Mount

We needed a slight vertical tilt without worrying about locking down the horizontal rotation and this mount does exactly that. It was easy to install, holds the television (a 32" Insignia) firmly and with the proper angle for mounting above the person's head. I have no complaints to report.
