Was difficult to install

Then we attached the TV & it was not level. Took a long time to figure out that the mount itself had shifted on the wall. It probably needs better installation directions. Once installed it's been good with no more problems but we're a little uneasy about the fact that the wall mount shifted once and could do so again with the TV hanging on it.
