I did need to call support and they guy went above and beyond. You will only get the stations that your area receives signal for so from location to location channels will vary.

Simple non-intrusive antenna.

Mine is connected to an Xbox One and does its job pretty good. Poor weather days do degrade the signal strength a bit, that is normal, and leaves you with some digital pixel glitchyness. I receive all of the local channels in STL with very few issues.

Ultra thin and no need to plug in for power

I am pleased with the reception it gets. Of course, with any antenna, the distance, location/placement, etc. play a part in how well it receives the TV signals. I placed this on the wall behind the TV (which sits on a dresser), and it is working well.

Upgrade from the rabbit ears

It wasn't the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I'm pretty happy with the fact that I'm getting more than twice the number of channels than with my rabbit ears & less digital noise/breakdown. I'm using a 50" flatscreen and some channels are in perfect HD. I get 24 stations, most of which come in uninterrupted.
