I purchased this on a deal of the day. I had been thinking of a tv for our bedroom, and didn’t want to pay the extra for a cable box. It had been sitting in the box for weeks. After we got out last cable bill and it went up another $30, decided to try this to see if we could cut the cord. We had to try putting it in different places, but managed to get the 4 major networks, and then some. We live in a small town, so we were thrilled to with the reception. Cable boxes being returned next week!!!

This antenna was recommended by the sales agent at Best Buy, since very few returns were recorded on this model at the time of purchase. In practice it performed better than the rabbit ear antenna it replaced, and normally it receives the standard broadcast stations with good clarity. The caveat is there are times due to atmospheric phenomena, or the presence of freight train activity 500 feet away, that the signal becomes erratic or even non-existent. Overall this antenna is an upgrade over rabbit ears, but it is not nearly as robust in reception clarity and distance as a roof-mounted TV antenna.

I recently cut the cord so I’ve been surviving off this antenna and the Firestick. The antenna is great to pick up local channels and I have had no problems with it since purchase.

This worked perfectly in my home, but one in my sons home doesn’t work.. he is in an area that is apparently harder for signal to reach, lots of homes, not high enough land area? Still trying to adjust

This tv antenna is pretty good. I cancelled cable because it was a rip off! I get local channels and most of them are pretty clear. With this antenna along with Netflix, that's all I need

This antenna worked great at first but seemed a bit sensitive to it's location. Not a bad item, but worth trying if you need an external antenna. When it finds a good spot, it works great!

Great value for the money and works well. I had previously bought a different brand that did not work well and I was pleased when I bought this Rocketfish model.

This would work way better if the coax cable was a few feet longer. Other than that the works great. Had to get very strategic with placement.

This non-amplified HD antenna has performed well in my metro area. It was purchased as an “opened box” offer on the Best Buy web site. Price vs performance resulted in it being an excellent choice.

I use this with a PC TV tuner indoors in suburban Atlanta and it works quite well, Of course, performance with tv antennas varies greatly depending on your home's location and the placement within the home.

I originally bought a cheaper brand and of course I got what I paid for. I really only wanted one specific channel and this one was able to get it, as well as other channels. Works well for my purposes!

I get very good reception -picture quality is as good as cable and it doesn't go out when the wind blows:). Installation was a breeze.

Pulls in local stations really well; not amplified, so it does as well, probably better, than expected. Very unobtrusive and doesn't need to be placed by a window to work effectively.

I looked over the reviews before I purchased this antenna and it had good reviews so I purchased it. I got it home and hooked it up and unfortunately it wasn't strong enough for me. I live near Tampa about 30 miles away. The antenna would get Fox and ABC but it wouldn't bring in CBS or NBC. Then I moved it and it would bring in NBC but no CBS still. It got about 15 other channels and they came in great but the 4 channels I was looking for was no luck. I would still recommend this antenna if you lived closer to the broadcast towers because the quality of the channels that it did bring in were very clear. If you live further away you are probably better off with an outside antenna.

Easy to set up. Receives a beautiful HD signal that looks better than cable. Channel scan picked up various stations quickly
