I bought this item and thought I could install it myself. Wh I looked at the instructions, the first words were "lay the TV on it's face." Since I have a 55" flat screen, I wasn't about to dismount it from the wall mount alone, so I made an appointment with the Geek Squad. They came and set up the sound bar mount in about 45 minutes, without taking the TV off it's mount. It worked fine and looks good mounted directly under the TV.

Works really well, but I do believe it’s meant to work with only rocket fish tv mounts. The other drawback I saw is depending on what sound bar you have you may need to bend some of the metal tabs where it connects to the soundbar, which was the case with my Sony sound bar due to the power plug being unable to disconnect from the hardware. Other than that I think it’s a very sturdy unit and I like the end result.

This mount works great with my new Samsung tv and older Vizio sound bar. It looks great - better than I was expecting!

Sound quality is so much better but to set up is definitely a two person job.

Hangs the sound bar perfectly beneath our huge tv that’s mounted on a 28inch extendable arm. Fantastic that no matter what angle you turn the tv the sound turns with it and sounds so much better than when the TV is rotated but the soundbar is flat against the back wall. It could definitely be less money for such a basic tool but it’s nice to have and I didn’t want to shop around for cheaper ones.

Good Soundbar mounting bracket. Holds soundbar to bottom of TV. Looks good and matches the look of the TV well.

I found it to be a decent soundbar and the instillation was done by a Best Buy team member who was nice and did a good job.

I actually returned this and just bolted my sound bar to the wall. I had the luxury of having the wall apart and installed cross braces behind the sheetrock. Best decision ever. However, if you don't have that option, this is a perfectly viable solution.

Easy to use and works with just about any soundbar out there. Great if you have a full motion TV mount or want a clean look

This is a sturdy mount for our Samsung soundbar. The installation was easy but the upright bars blocked the optical port and one of the three HDMI ports. The only way around this is to lower the mound and thus the soundbar which was not an option because of the location of the TV. Fortunately, we do not anticapate needing these ports now or in the future.

We were referred by a best buy employee to look at this sound bar. We ended up buying and it was easy to install and sounds great

We had best buy crew install it with the tv mount. Mike and his partner did A great job and was very nice and did a great job. We like the tv and sound bar on the wall. Sounds great. We notice we don't have to turn the volume up very high. The sound goes in the room a lot better. We were told by the installer that put a sound bar in bedroom. Thank you
