After moving into a new house, I didn't want to dedicate space underneath the TV for a large sound bar. For the first time, my TV was going to be wall mounted and I was looking for an option to mount the sound bar as well. Rocketfish's solution was quite elegant, all things considered and it allowed me to reliable and easily mount the sound bar along with the TV. Can't recommend it enough. Get it if you want to streamline your home theater mount.

If you’re planning to simply place your TV on a flat surface like a TV station or in-wall cabinet it may not work with the way this is designed. You could mount it upside down so that the soundbar is above your TV but once again, you’ll need to do some homework. Otherwise, it’s easy to use, has lots of mounting options and isn’t too hard to install if you have a little DIY know-how. Otherwise, get with an in-store sales person or technician to see if this right mounting solution for you. Recommended.

Make Sure Before You Order

I ordered one of these to attach the soundbar below my TV. As it turns out, by attaching it to the mounting system the LED readout was not visible or the sensor for the remote. Come to think about it... it is still attached to the TV as I loved the sound system so much, I forgot it was there. Should have returned it. Well, I have one now in case I never need it in the future? It was difficult to install because it didn't like the shape of my Samsung TV which required switching spacers from what was shown. The instructions required a degree in physics to read.
