salesperson dedication and effort after the sale

I'm not sure what the problems were. However, I recognize now that my salesperson at the store went above and beyond in her attempts to resolve the problems for me and to answer all questions I had. I am especially grateful for the assistance she gave me after the sale. I believe that she should be commended for her efforts on my behalf. Thank you. John D Ziober

Rockfish Soundbar

Be sure you check your box to verify it's complete. Mine was missing half the parts and I had to return for a replacement. Assembly was fairly easy but the instructions aren't very helpful if you need them. It does hold my soundbar under my tv as it should, so I consider it average.
