This works as intended and was easy to set up. There is a low hiss in the line that my other rear speaker does not have. This one is in a spot where I can't run a cable. It does supply ample power for the rear speaker but takes away slightly from it's quality. Small price to pay for the convenience of not having a wire across the floor.

I have generally avoided wireless contraptions as I have had some trouble in the past, I decided on a whim to give these a shot so I could clear up some loose wiring, I have not had any problems with lost signal or sound clarity, my speakers work just as well as when they were wired.

These work great for 2 surround back channels. I have had to downsize and am using a passive 5 channel soundbar (DefTech) and wanted to fully utilize the 7 channels but didn't want to run wires. These work perfectly. Distance is probably 20 feet or so and they don't have line of sight. No drops, no connection issues. Only a small latency compensation to be made which YPAO took care of for me through the automatic calibration.

This little wireless transmission device has worked wonders for my home theater system. It's relatively inexpensive and it has performed flawlessly, delivering fantastic sound to the back of my living room without any wires. Highly recommended for anyone who wants good surround sounds without wires. I'm delighted by this purchase.

Was redoing my living room and wanted to get rid of my rear surround wires. This worked perfectly! Just one speaker wire to run from left to right. I was replacing all the baseboard trim so one wire to hide was a lot easier then wire all the way to receiver. Just a quick note— small box up front off of receiver, big box back by one of surround speakers!

Bought this Rocketfish device at the recommendation of a knowledgeable Best Buy’s tech. Replaced an older Rocketfish device that failed after 10 years. Use this wireless amp to connect small stereo speakers in an adjacent room, not as a rear speaker for my television. Very satisfied with the performance and plenty of power for my application; but again, I am not driving large, high wattage speakers.

Setup and pairing were easy. The speakers immediately worked without loss of quality. I wish I i had some this years ago. No more running speaker cable around the edge of the room!

I've read some bad reviews about this product, but so far, this thing has worked GREAT! I'm using it for rear surrounds in a 5.1 system so the transmitter and receiver are only about 10' apart but without line of site. I'm using it to drive Polk RC55i in wall speakers, and although it only outputs 25 watts per channel, no problem driving the Polks.

Was skeptical at first but this does the job, i am using this for my rear surround speakers on a 7.2 system. Other than power and the short speaker connections i don't have to worry about running long wires all around the room, under the carpet, and under the furniture anymore.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Going strong for over two months as of the time of this review. The receiver box runs warm so I've elevated mine off the surface a bit. No issues with interference from other wireless devices in the house. Plenty of power to run two larger bookshelf full-range Klipsch speakers. Sounds great and no issues with lag.

Works as advertised. Easy to install. Immediate upgrade without the hassle of running wires. If I decide to install ceiling speakers later, I can still use it for extra surrounds.

We bought these to replace older wireless speakers no longer working. I love the wireless capability to prevent long wires or tripping hazards. They were easy to install and sound good honestly the hardest part was connecting the transmitter piece into the back of our amp because the amp is physically hard to get to with other cords connected. This product’s set up was easy!

I've had my rear Bose surround speakers on stands w/wires running under the carpet & under couches. Got to be a pain the butt w/cleaning & having a 2 year old always wanting 2 cut in between couches & knocking my speakers over. Saw this device & I was in, haha. the rear speakers are now wall mounted & the speaker kit is plugged into a hallway closet (out of sight) & works AMAAAAZING!!!

I really like this unit. It’s worked as I hoped it would. A pretty lousy salesperson at the store tried to talk me out of it and I’m glad I didn’t listen. The same guy was such an obnoxious know-it-all, I later decided to buy a new Sony 85” from somewhere else. Recommend this unit though if you are using as I do for back surround speakers.

Worked great right out of the box. Super simple set up, and do exactly what I wanted. No perceptible lag, and easily hidden transmitter/receiver.

I did not want to run speaker wire to rear speakers on my surround sound system and the Rockfish transmitter and receiver works fine although both need to be plugged into wall outlets at the front and back of the room and speaker wire must be run between the receiver and your rear speakers. The Geek Squad set this up for me and gave me some advise on adjusting rear speaker volume.

I’m setting up a receiver setup in my office. I was going to install some in-ceiling speakers for the rear surround but ran into issues with how the joints are laid out. I looked into wireless speakers but found this option and they work great. I haven’t had any connections issues. They seem synced up well. Adjustments available for volume. Fantastic product.

So far, so good. This solved the whole wiring issue, and sound quality (given it's for surround effects) seems fine.

Bought this updated model since my first one died recently. This is a great option to prevent you having to run spealer wire all over the place and the sound quality is really good.
