Customers are impressed with the wireless feature, easy setup, and sound quality of the Wireless Subwoofer Transmitter/Receiver Kit. They appreciate the convenience of not having to run wires across the floor and the fact that the sound quality does not suffer from the wireless connection. However, some customers have experienced issues with delay, low volume, connection problems, limited range, and a few have even reported that they could not get it to work at all.

I purchased this wireless subwoofer kit to enable me to use more than two subs with my existing system. It could not be easier to use or more effective if I had used another wire. I cannot detect which of my subs is wired or using the subwoofer kit. Great product. I plan on buying one or two more to use with my bedroom home theater system, in which it is difficult to run a subwoofer cable from my receiver to under the bed.

The price point is low on this product, but so is the performance. The base continually cuts in and out depending on the volume level of the receiver. At high-volume it works fine at mid to low volume the base cuts out continuously. I even took it back and exchange it for another one thinking I had a faulty device but the second one was not any better. I would not recommend this product

Great Room Transmitter

I have a large great room with ceiling mounted surround sound speakers. It was very difficult to locate the subwoofer where it could be hard wired. The Rockfish transmitter/receiver solved the problem letting me optimally locate the subwoofer. All I needed was a power outlet that is blocked from view by the subwoofer. The receiver is on top of the subwoofer and when the system is on the blue led indicates proper connection.

Works as expected. I placed the sending unit 8 feet away from my Wi-Fi transmitter. I have had no interference problems. In my set up I have the first sub woofer input split off to the transmitter sending signals to the second sub. This works really well. For a proper sound stage set up you need to ensure that the time delay for the low-frequency effects channel (LFE) is adjusted to accommodate the delay of the analog to digital to analog conversion of this system. Note: Most recievers display this as a distance.

This product works much better than I expected. I only have my sub about 20 feet from my receiver, but have never had the connection drop out during use. It's great that I can just move the sub now to any location where an wall outlet is available. This seems to be one of the few wireless home theater speakers that actually deliver on the intended purpose.

I have a Klipsch RP system on a Denon receiver and my sub is in a place that can’t be in-wall wired. I HAD a Klipsch wireless kit that kicked. To replace that unit, it would’ve been twice what this is listed at. I dare say that this one is equal in sound quality and so far a better build quality. I would buy again for another setup!

This works great right at 25' and through walls. I use it to extend the location of my Klipsch bass box and it does the job beautify.
Only issue is if 2 people are standing directly in line with receiver and transmitter it might cut out the bass briefly. Signal could be a little stronger yet a great product for the price.

No complaints and it works and sounds great and no lag either. When I first hooked it up and tested it I was not receiving sound from the rear speakers but turns out I had hooked up the transmitter and receiver backwards (should have looked at the instructions ;) ) Once I corrected that it was good to go.

The device works great with no noticeable loss of sound quality.
I originally thought it wasn't working, but the issue was my Velodyne Impact 12 subwoofer required a high signal level for the auto power-on to activate.
The only issue I had was it seemed to interfere with my AT&T U-verse wireless cable box, but this issue was resolved by putting them about 3 feet from each other.

I purchased this to send a signal to a subwoofer for my whole home audio system I have in the garage. The advertised 45 foot range must be clear of any interference and obstacles. In my situation, at roughly 20 feet apart the connection is finally stable. The time the device takes coming out of standby mode varies, but after spending a few hours fiddling with the position of transmitter and receiver, all is working as it should be.

I give the Rocketfish Wireless transmitter 5 stars because it works as advertised. I have my sat box and audio receiver mounted hidden away in a closet in the next room from my living room and this allowed me to put my subwoofer anywhere in the living room i want without having to run wires from the sub back to the receiver.

I had read reviews on other products including this one. I choose this because it seemed to have the features I wanted at a reasonable price. I have had no interference from my 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz WIFI which others had complained about. The only thing I can say is that when there is no audio coming from the AMP the Bluetooth will disconnect and show a "Red" status light. Once the sound begins, the connection is made and everything works great.

Much more convenient for placement of subwoofer. Eliminates significant vibration noises.
