Pretty amazing console

Absolutely amazing graphics and processor with the compatibility of Windows 11. Got an amazing deal pre Black Friday. Once you get your Ally booted up first time, make sure to go for the all the update, and there will be a ton of them indeed. Satisfied with my purchase and fingers crossed for steam os to arrive on ROG ally. Just need to figure out how to redeem the xbox ultimate gamepass as seems iam missing the redeem code in invoice and email which is a real bummer

Other than that, you can play almost anything on it.

Emulates gamecube, I am able to play playstation games and use my game-pass account. Love it and recommend if you’re craving that upgraded switch.

At the original price, I would have gotten the Z1 Extreme over this model. However, at $399, this made a lot of sense. I also got an open box deal! I couldnt be happier.

But definitely not for new pc gamers need more tinkering to get optimal performance compared the extreme and steamdeck. But once setup most games run fine.

Such a large backlog of games I can finally play on the go. The battery though... that's the only negative. Luckily I don't mind playing plugged in.

I was a Steam Deck user, but this device is a pretty powerful pc. Currently this is my favorite pc because of the portability. Great fps and good temperatures. The z1 model has not let me down at all.

It still looks brand new! Best Buy seems to have really good standards for their open box items. I’ve been using my ally every day since I got it about a month ago and have experienced no issues whatsoever. Additionally, despite being an open box used ally, mine still has valid warranty through the end of the year! I added a skin to mine just for fun, but it’s been running perfectly. I suggest getting grips for the inside of the joysticks though, as they tend to rub in the shell for them and create grooves.

Emulation of recent game systems and full Steam support. Only drawback is battery life, there are ways around that.

I agree, the graphics look amazing, controls are perfectly designed on the deck, and the speed is superb for games like COD Warzone and Fortnite! The grind is real on that ROG! Lol
