On mine the biggest issues were I had to reload windows cause it deleted itself amd the micro SD card slot did not work.

The screen is great and vivid in color and responding, but the z1 is not powerful enough to support most 3A game perfectly, and when you try play simulator the key is difficult to setup, not suggest buying, suggest to buy the z1e more good for play. And, it’s really heavy

I do love it but in the short time I've owned this device it's already falling apart. I never used the SD. Card reader since we all know it frys SD cards yet today when I tired it out for the 1st time after about 750hrs of use it does NOTHING does not read the card at all. Left vibration motor is broken or loose I had to turn the vibration off because it was making a bad noise. The d-pad is losing its capability buttons feel spongy the actual main buttons are super soft especially the A button. Just very disappointed it's only around 6mths old if that and it's dying already.

( i saw the reviews so i knew it was going to happen). My right trigger is very loose and i have to mash it for it to fully register. ( ive babied this thing and have not dropped it). Other than that its a great machine. Good battery life. Quality is good.

There are alot of complaints about the SD card thing and it not being good enough for AAA titles but I use it casually and the heaviest game i play is Genshin Impact and it plays that perfectly. If you want just a casual gaming computer but in the Steam Deck form factor that also runs windows 11. This is it.

Really like you can play pretty much everything on it. It has steam ,xbox game pass , and you can even add the ps5 remote play app in it . Also since its a windows based pc can play tons of retro games on it . You can even buy a dock and use it as a pc or gaming console to your tv . Awsome hand held pc !!
