Use Cloud Recovery

The devices have to use a Cloud Recovery feature inside the bios to reset the device so that it automatically installs Armor Crate and other Rog Ally software and features. It doesn't seem like Best Buy knows this and ships them bare without this software.

Good but not good enough

The screen is great and vivid in color and responding, but the z1 is not powerful enough to support most 3A game perfectly, and when you try play simulator the key is difficult to setup, not suggest buying, suggest to buy the z1e more good for play. And, it’s really heavy

Great handheld

Even the standard version performs well for gaming. I was a little disappointed in the memory size , but that was an easy fix. Swapped the 512 with a 2t. Not hard to do and now more than happy with it.
