Since it uses windows i am able to play so many games i wasnt able to play on my steam deck. Would suggest the more powerful version if you can afford it though.

Light weight..easy to use...great for streaming from Xbox Game Pass and indie or light games...but battery life is 2 hours...maybe 4-5 in streaming. Returned

I have managed to run most games I like to play but not all. If your a AAA gamer get the more powerful unit. Otherwise enjoy having it and would buy it again.

Old school games to new games all run smoothly and it's light so it doesn't wear on you while playing it. Definitely would recommend it to a gamer.

I'm not too hardcore and this non-extreme version has suited my needs quite well so far. Only negative is short battery life but I'm often plugged in or docked.

However, there is not yet good support from the games's side of telling whether or not steam games are capable of supporting the Ally's controls. I image this will change as handhelds become more popular.

The customizability of it all is the true selling point.

For older games it plays fantastic but if your thinking triple a games…. Think again. Good battery life playing Civ 5 last approx 3 hours.

This thing seems huge at times.I don't like that the keyboard doesn't pop up at times but i do like that there is a shortcut to bring it up. All in all a good device.

While I think it’s the best gaming handheld after the Steam Deck, my thoughts have changed

My hands are too small to comfortably hold this for long. The grips aren't very grippy, either. If you have larger hands, it shouldn't be a problem for you.
