Great device with some issues

The visuals are amazing though and it plays a lot of games very well. It is also lightweight and comfortable to grip.

We sincerely apologize for the overheating and system performance issues you're experiencing with the ROG Ally and for the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of quality to expect from ASUS products and it's not the norm.
Based on the issues described, we recommend updating the BIOS. It is recommended to download and update the BIOS and firmware for system performance optimization. The update takes a few minutes, please do not turn off the device during the process to avoid a critical problem that the system cannot be turned on.
