    This thing make me angry. windows 11 first of all is trash, and this thing will randomly shut down. Since Windows 11 has these almost daily required updates, chances are your handheld will shutdown and corrupt you files and break something every other day. I was in desktop support for 5 years and this is just insane. I've spent 10% of my time playing games and 90% of my time trying to get it to work. Love the idea. hate the poor and lazy product. Both Microsoft and Asus to blame here. Save your money. not even worth $400. First one I got was broken too. Buttons also feel cheap.

    I wish I would have looked more into this before purchasing, but ASUS is terrible with their warranty repairs. They have been very notorious for marking off things as "not covered under warranty." After being informed that the damage is not warranty covered, they will attempt to charge you $300 for the repair, or they will send it back unrepaired. After having mine suffer this unfortunate fate, I can't see myself buying from ASUS again. Even if yours doesn't end up needing a whole repair or anything, the SD card reader WILL break, and thet is a guarantee. The SD card reader is what made ASUS extend the warrant on all ASUS ROG Allys. So it's either uou send it in to get charged $300, or you live with it. Get a Steam Deck, a Lenovo Legion Go, or an MSI Claw.

    Fun little machine for light gaming but without tweaking the settings a lot it won’t play AAA games very well. Just get a Nintendo switch or pay the extra for the Z1 Extreme

    Playing game on me on it was very comfortable. The problem I had is it was not powerful not for the games that I Wanted to play. And without a stable internet connection. It was not a product.

    Only get a open box if you can inspect in person

    It arrived damaged and I tried to return it but I had to call and it over all took 2 weeks to get a replacement and it got cancelled but I got a refund and bought a new one

    Get the Z1 extreme,

    I have not tested the Z1 extreme, but this rog ally took about 10 hours to finally get working, this is a 6 month review, it fried 2 SD cards so far
