I love the black color and the speaker are very loud. Not heavy at all and i would recommend this over the Steam deck anyday.

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Purchase I made or so I thought, I owned a OG Ally previous to my X that I absolutely loved but thought new is better but honestly I really didn't notice too much of a difference and my X is constantly giving me issues with the software to the point where right now its stuck on a loop and I cant play it. Will be asking Best Buy how to proceed and if there is anything they can even do.

When I returned it to Best Buy they asked if I had it in a hot car for several days because it was hot as a toaster. I’m super disappointed, I LOVED it before it failed. More than the steam deck OLED. But when I took it in they said I was the third THIRD person to return one the same day. Thank GOD I got it at Best Buy and not ASUS. Wishing everyone else luck with theirs, I won’t be buying another one.

I'll chalk that up to it being open box, so I returned to get an open box, fingers crossed.

After the last ROG Ally, which ironically I still own, I honestly thought that the re-design and quality control would be front and center for this release but unfortunately, I was wrong. I won't even bother charging it or turning it on. It's getting returned. I'm extremely disappointed and I'm not sure why I keep rooting for ASUS (or buying their products). I guess the good days are over and I need to seriously re-evaluate utilizing ASUS both personally and professionally going forward.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Man.. had the thing for a week.. and I will say it is the best handheld I’ve laid my hands on… but that being said, the technology just ain’t there yet… if you like to play any titles like I like,(rivals, bo6, apex, overwatch, siege) im sorry to say but I think you’ll find this won’t cut it… 100-110fps @ low resolution just isn't competitive.. I’m 30 y/o I need every competitive edge I can get lol…
