The ally x plays black ops 6 and all AAA titles I throw at it! This handheld is a beast and if I didn’t have a gaming pc but owned this tossing a dock and a keyboard and mouse together you have a reliable and quality rig on the go! Battery is also very strong compared to others I have tried

Very nice for gaming on the go. Has good specs and games run at an average performance. Display is good and the device is not uncomfortable to hold.

The best purchase I've ever made. It helps me with my work — you can get everything like Microsoft Word, emails, set up videos — basically a full computer. Plus, I love games. It has good processing power, not slow at all, and I can take it anywhere. Highly recommended if you like games and get bored while you're out. You can use it without any issues. Simply the best gaming purchase I've made. What a marvel — 10/10.

Great gaming device. I’ve been using the ally x for a little less than a year but I wouldn’t have picked any other system. I love the performance and being able to game on the go!

So i have steamdeck and i want to try this product to see for myself. So after almost a month of using it, i can say that its more powerful compare to steamdeck. But playing on its native resolution (full HD) the fps i get is kind of similar to steamdeck. A little better maybe. I always wanted to play on native resolution because i looks so much better. I capped my framerate to 60 fps depends on the game to conserve battery and to run cooler. While the handle, and the grips and the overall ergonomics i can say that steamdeck is still better. I like the rog ally x because i can play my epic, battlenet and other game platforms games without a hassle. So windows os is a downside and also an upside. My goto when i am going out is still my steamdeck because of ease to play. Its like a nintendo switch. So i think, overall experience based on the good and the bad. The rog ally x is evenly matched to my steamdeck. Recommended.

Fantastic handheld performance with the Z1 Extreme CPU Much faster and better build quality than any model steam-deck. I would choose this handheld over all other 2024 alternatives. The upgraded Battery life is great for long car/train rides on the go!

The product was good and worked as intended solid battery life and even frames were good unfortunately I had to return it due to the screen size and the actual size of the device I have bigger hands after just thirty minutes my hands were cramping

Ive been my favorite AAA games on this bad boy on the go and i hardly miss my PS5, dont be fooled by all these youtubers being by Valve dismissin just because it runs windows, most of them are being paig by Valve. yes there are few things you have to do maximize your experience but its not rocket science. Just turn off the widgets on windows 11. I dont even bother with armory crate because it will take you down some real complicated control mappin stuff. Just start your favorite games from the Steam app and you will be fine. Im currently playing Elden ring, RDR2, witcher 3. They all run buttery smooth, love it.

Die hard Valve fanboy, but I must admit the ROG ally X is way ahead of the competition. I loved my steam deck since i received it a year ago but everything called out to me from the X, EVERYTHING. Specially the bigger battery.....steam deck owners, you know exactly what im talking about. Sell it and get something better. GFX, BATTERY, ERGONOMICS, DISPLAY ARE WORTH THE BUY.

This is a beast of a handheld. I am playing AAA games no problem. The battery life is good, picture quality is good. It's all around a fantastic device.

The good: It's fast for a handheld, great performance and market leader in the segment for sure. It run windows which offers at least the ability to attempt to play some games that are simply not available on the steamdeck - aka Forza Motorsports. Great NVMe performance / watt - and optional ability to swap it if you want to get even better nvme drive. Overall I liked this device but I only bought it to play 1 game mainly and it can't... Out of a last ditch effort I ran the cloud restore, which worked amazing - love how easy it is to deploy a fresh OS on this as well. Great BIOS and feature rich device. The Bad: I bought this because in store demo of the orignial Ally showed it playing Forza Horizon 5 - which worked awesome and I mainly play Forza Motorsport on my PC so grabbed this to add some racing in a more casual setting - but unfortunately, as powerful as the device is, it's not enough for Forza Motorsport. I don't think this is a Ally X specific issue as it is a 780M/AMD driver problem - which I get. So I will be returning as was main use case to replace my Steamdeck. Hopefully the nVidia new handheld will be powerful enough, fingers crossed! The Ugly: Arrived brand new with seal cut - seems to have been tampered with before I ever got it in the mail - needs better quality control perhaps? Left trigger also stopped working, the spring mechanism seems to be an issue.

Great screen, great battery life, I think this device would be even better if the SO were better optimize to handheld form factor.. but hey, this isn't on ASUS .. But, ASUS should at least include a case... It's $799. C'mon Asus

This handheld gaming PC is a contender amongst the gaming industry which says a lot compared to some of the most expensive and less affordable devices.

I've had this for a month now, bought it opened box and just remembered it was used writing this review. It works great, im in love with it and would highly recommend. Only con I can think of is the right joystick being in a lower position than the left. From time to time I touch the screen with my right thumb causing the game screen to move. To be fair, that can just be a personal problem.

I’ve purchased multiple pairs of the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE, and overall I think they offer really solid value for the price. They’re one of the more affordable options in Samsung’s lineup, yet they still deliver clear sound, decent bass, and a comfortable fit that works well for everyday use. That said, the buds aren’t without issues. I’ve noticed occasional connectivity hiccups — sometimes one earbud drops out briefly or takes a moment to reconnect when switching between devices. It’s not a constant problem, but it does happen often enough to be noticeable. Even with those quirks, I’d still say the Galaxy Buds FE are worth it for what you pay. They give you most of the features you’d want in wireless earbuds without breaking the bank, and I’m satisfied overall with the performance relative to the price point.

Over my life I've owned a few handhelds, but the RoG Ally X is the absolute best. It packs enough power to run just about anything you could want at 60 FPS or higher. The form factor is top notch and I've used it every day for half a year now. The only issue I've had was the joysticks beginning to drift, but they were easily replaceable! A definite must-buy for any handheld gaming enthusiast.

I've had the original Ally since around Christmas and this is definitely an upgrade. The boost in the ram is noticeable in how much faster load screens are. I also love the color. Oddly the only games I have trouble with are some of the slightly older lego games, for some reason they just keep stuttering and stalling. The changes in the layout really do make it more comfortable to hold and the device itself has a bit more grip to it. I put a 4tb ssd in it (which was ridiculously easy) and I'm set!

10/10 love this console! i rarely have time to sit down on the couch but i’m glad i can take this device anywhere i go! i even use this as a portable PC when I need to do certain tasks when my laptop is not nearby.
