    In-Accessible for Persons with Cognition Disorders

    Does not work well for persons with cognitive disorders. For instance asking Roku to play "Hallmark +" just navigates to a listing of lots of related content. Asking Roku to play "Hallmark + Play Now" 1) does not yield the expected result. 2) Is very confusing to persons who have difficulty remembering commands. 3) Roku doe not return to the program channel previously played, just the category making it very difficult for this type of user

Please be advised that when using the voice command features, you should press and hold the 'Microphone icon' button, then speak your command into the microphone (usually located at the top of the remote) from 2-3 inches away, using a natural tone.     I had high hopes. The picture was just washed out. I ended up returning and purchasing a Samsung.

    This deserves less than one star! I was told Roku tv would talk to my xfinity cable box. After spending hundereds of dollars having xfinity visit twice and Best Buy here to install, NOTHING WORKS! Am ready to trash this and buy another tv from somewhere other than Best Buy.
