From the customer service to the delivery and setup, everything was smooth and easy. The price was right, and the staff really helped me make the best choice for my space. Love the picture quality and features—totally worth it!

There are certain tones that now make the sound rattle and reverberate. I'm not an audio purist but the distortion is maddening! I'll need to buy a sound bar. Till this happened I was OK with the TV. Now not so much. I guess I got a lemon.

The menu is easy to navigate and Roku also gives you free TV channels. The remote is easy to ise and has voice comtrol. The app allows you to take control with your smart phone & you can pair your headphones woth your phone to listen to TV without disturbing others.
