    Sound Unreliable

    I really wanted to like this TV, but after returning one, the second one had the same problem - the sound kept going out (using just the TV speakers) and I could not find any answers to why after numerous changes to the settings and searches on the internet. When it worked it was great, but the only way to fix it was to restart the TV and the problem popped up every time we used it. Certainly not acceptable. Roku has taken a step back with this one. I've always like their products before, but now I'm not so sure.

    I was told this was a good TV to use with Verizon cable, but I had to return it because it was not easy to set up.

    Sound issues

    The TV was great but I was told I was going to have ESPN but that was not the case. I have to pay for ESPN, an addition, the sound went dead, and I had to return it.

    Not a monitor for Windows

    The TV may be OK, but it won't work as a computer monitor' The device recognizes the computer when the computer is booting up. It recognizes the computer when running linux. It loses the connection when Windows 10 loads. We returned the TV and brought home another of the same and the same error occurred. Then Best Buy furnished a TCL TV. The TCL works just fine.

    Annoying. No bluetooth, you have to click through apps to get to cable tv every time turn on.

However, you can use Headphone Mode to connect your wireless headphones to your TV via your smartphone for private listening.     Amazon keeps dumping ads and updates that made this TV unusable. Don’t buy a FireTV if you want to be able to use it more than a few years

    Worst sounding TV ever experienced

    I am a fan of the Roku platform, have two TCL Roku TVS and Roku Ultra box… but this TV is unlistenable! It was the worst sounding TV I’ve ever had. Took it straight back to Best Buy and replaced it with a Hisense also with Roku built in and it is fine (this is an office TV, not needing premium sound, just adequate, listenable sound).

    Bought this tv for my semi and opened it brand new out of box worked great the first night then while here shut down in Cali the tv is in a non stop boot loop or if it does manage to stay up for 10 mins and then starts it all again I have gone through and switched it to 4 different plugs in my truck and even factory reset the tv and it still does it. And where im across the states im going to miss the 15 day return policy so i am out the 160$ i paid for this.

    Don't choose this model!

    This TV has a terribly slow processor, or an inept OS. I don't know which, but it constantly slows down, freezes, and even locks up. Best Buy's "service" dept was worthless. Do yourself a favor, don't choose this model. And reconsider Best Buy.

    Defective 32” ROKU smart tv??

    Had TV less than a month. Already have issues. Appears to be stuck in a loop on the ROKU icon. Icon blinks on and off every several seconds. Have to unplug to turn off. Not much help from online assistance.

    Too many problems!

    Very disappointed in this TV. Very difficult to rewind a show or even pause. Picture quality is okay but should have bought a new Roku for my Vizio. I have a large Roku TV which I love and have no problems with.

    Bought this to be a bedroom gaming tv. Turning on game mode results in constant stuttering, turning it off causes high input lag; truly the worst of both worlds.
