Return Process for Customers without Cars

I am writing this review (and I rarely write negative reviews) because of the horrible service I am experiencing returning a product. For any customers without vehicles: be forewarned and purchase a product somewhere else. I was told that since I dont have a car, Best Buy’s only option would be to send a UPS driver with a label to pick up the shipment (it is in original unopened status). Thats fine if you live in your own house or have a car. For those living in an apt building with security, and no vehicle, good luck with that. We are told to leave the product in the lobby of the building (Really?) and UPS will try to pick up three times. But if you are not in an expensive high rise with a doorman or a protected package room you are out of luck. We are to leave the product in the lobby unguarded with no invoice, no bill of lading, for the UPS driver to pick up. Anyone who gets access to the bldg could walk away with your “fill in the blank” (television, stereo equipmemt etc). Best Buy washes their hands of it. You sre left to try and deal with UPS. What is Best Buy thinking? I cant haul a television to a UPS store let alone a Best Buy store, (which was the CSR teps first response). I spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME yesterday trying to address this (we all have jobs) and am still dealing with it. This is not a life and death situation but after paying for a product and purchasing a 179.00 Plus Plan, I am warning prospective customers BEWARE. Management needs to rethink their attitude and the experience for customers who 1) do not have the luxury of owning a car or 2) who reside in an apt building without a door person who watches deliveries, or 3) who may not be able to get a friend to drive them to a UPS (let alone a Best Buy) store.

I purchased it on nov 28. Picked up on nov 29. Didn’t have a chance to set it up until today February 11. The screen was broken, don’t know how. We keep the box on the corner of the house and never touched it the whole time. Of course, it past return date.

Unfortunately, I ordered this TV for my mother’s birthday on 12th 27, 2024. I believe I was a victim of the FedEx workers who are currently stealing packages.-I also purchased the geek squad along with the TV.(I was told from Best Buy that I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for an investigation before I can get a new TV.) my new television still has not arrived. And my mother can’t enjoy her birthday gift.
Furthermore, even though Best Buy is aware that the item was stolen for some reason the Protection plan has started, although I don’t have the item.
Best Buy did a horrible job keeping me updated on what’s going on with this item. I still don’t know or have a delivery date and it was ordered 1226 2024 if it was the option to give no stars I would and at this point, I’m just looking for a full refund

I bought a Roku TV back in July 32 inch. I’ve had nothing but issues trying to watch this playoff game and unable to. I’ve tried everything under the sun to get it to work and it’s just a black screen.

I bought this TV to replace my old Insignia Roku TV. The first thing I noticed was that, after about an hour, the Over the Air channels skip and the voice and picture get out of sync when Live TV Pause is enabled. I attempted to troubleshoot with Roku but they just kept telling me to restart the TV, Reset the device, check for updates, etc. Of course, none of that worked. I tried changing out USB devices but that didn't work either. I found where other people have also complained about this issue in the Roku forums.
