Not a good tv for a Group Home because it only works by remote and of course one of my clients keep losing his The picture is very clear sound is good

Bought this roku tv for my mom for an early Christmas present because her tv went out. She is very happy with it.

Overall, a pretty good product. I will say after having it for a few months, I have started to see the receiver, be less accurate and sometimes have a delay. But other than that quality is good and lots of apps you can download.

We've had this Roku TV for a little over 2 months now. It was easy to set-up (except the legs on the stand were a bit of a challenge as it was difficult to get the screws in). It looks nice. Easy to setup and use. The picture is good and what we expected at this price point. We've had some random moments where the TV resets - We'll be streaming and all of a sudden the screen switches immediately back to the Roku home screen (with no help from us or the remote:-). The other issue we're having is with the remote. We found it a little less responsive than the other two Roku streaming devices we have. We thought it was just us and that we'd need to get used to it, however, the problem continues to get worse. Very hard to control the mute and volume on the remote. We have to push several times before it responds - repeatedly. Sometimes there is a delay in the response, so if you push too much you have to push it again to try and get it to the volume you were striving for. We contacte Roku and they had us reset the remote, but it honestly did nothing. We are now past our return window, so we contacted Best Buy and have to take the TV and the remote to our local store for them to assess the problem. We're grateful Best Buy is going to look at this. Set up an appointment for this week; hoping it will help. Other than this, the TV has been fine. Streaming is easy. Not sure we'd really recommend this TV model. We've been happier and have had zero issues using Roku streaming devices with other TV brands. We'd likely do that again vs buying the Roku TV due to our experience with the Roku TV over the past two months.

Very light weight, easy to mount on wall. All the channels (including cable box) are in one place so we don't have to switch inputs. Love Roku anyway and this is just easier. Did need help from Spectrum to set up their remote since this TV is so new (they didn't even know about it yet) but everything fine now.

I am very happy with this purchase. I am a senior and not tech savvy. I needed something easy to understand. Also living in senior housing, I couldn't go too big. This is the perfect size, for a smaller space. Color and sound are wonderful! Arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition!! This is my first experience with Best Buy and would definitely purchase from them again!!

Works very well with the remote and the Ruku app. which you can install in the App Store. I bought this TV a year ago and it still has very clear HD visual. It is easy to use with voice remote to change channels and can work with a universal mount if needed. The legs it is packaged with is sturdy and the TV is light.

Great picture good sound fits well on our kichen wall. Sometimes dropps connection for no reason. Lag when selecting or switching channels. Eats remote batteries faster than I can open a bag of oreos.

The Roku TV was the right price for the size I wanted. What surprised me was the ease of set up with my Roku account and streaming channels. Bonus surprise was it's genius interface via a single remote with my antenna. I get my local channels + loads of other free channels. I am so glad I chose this TV. Beautiful picture and much better sound than my old flatscreen.

This TV is a technological wonder. Feature loaded with a beautiful picture. But I have two complaints: (1) There is no user manual to provide guidance on how to work all the features. No booklet, no CD, nothing on the internet. Only a single "Getting Started" sheet of paper. And (2), using the Go Forward and Go Backward buttons on the remote is flakey. Aggressive use can crash the system. I've noticed this both on YouTube TV and on Roku's own movie content.

A perfect fit for a small bedroom. The picture quality is surprisingly good for such an inexpensive HD Smart TV. We were moving from cable set top boxes to all wireless Smart TVs in our home. The Roku setup only took a few minutes including installing all of my subscriptions and my BluRay player--two thumbs up for value and ease of use!

Sharp picture and the setup, while a bit confusing at times, was easy. Able to connect in Roku, Hulu, Amazon. Scan for OTA stations (live in the LA area) solved nearly all the problems with the previous set. Only complaint is with the remote, which is sometimes counter-intuitive. Having the volume buttons on the side can also be a problem, especially is the person using the remote has problems with the use of their hands. Too bad it looks like this is discontinued and I'm glad I got it just at the end of it's availability.

I’m using this tv for outside and it picks up my WiFi .. I just bought a cover and it’s worked great .. I might upgrade to a bigger one . It’s very light too . Very easy to install and set up

Good value for the price. Easy to set up. Nice picture and sound. Very convenient to have the Roku integrated into the TV.

I love my new 40" ROKU TV! Set up was very easy. The picture is very crisp and clear. I have antenna tv and it was a breeze to scan and set up my channels. I have added channels and moved my favorites to where I want them. And in case you're thinking that I am a tech guru; no, I am actually a 73 year old lady and so far I cannot I cannot find anything that I do not like about my Roku TV. I highly recommend it!!
