    Great picture and sound but remote overly simple and very limiting. The buttons, symbols, and channel programming is not intuitive/user easy and must spend too much time and effort to set up and find desired channels/streaming.

    Remote control is not lighted and not easy to follow for most people over 50, who are still a large portion of the buying public. Even searched on the web for instructions of the remote, found nothing but diagrams of the remote. Also cannot combine the remote with our remote from our DISH television. We are still unable to pull our subscription for APPLE TV over onto the Roku TV. We have asked friends who work in IT and in Cyber, neither can determine the issue. So we are still paying for a subscription we cannot watch.
