    TV was delivered faced down on my front steps. I don't know if that's how they left it or if it was standing up and blew over but I had asked for a call 30 minutes before delivery to ensure someone would be home for the delivery. I did not receive the phone call and someone was home but they never rang the doorbell. Needless to say there was crack in the screen. so I had to return it. The associates in the store and on the phone were very courteous and helpful in making an exchange. Even though I never got to use the TV the service at Best Buy was great.
