    I have always purchases Amazon Fire TVs in the past. I have to admit i am pleasantly surprised with the Roku TV. The Home screen interface is VERY user friendly and was simple for my elderly father to navigate.

    The Roku platform worked well but the TV would not work with my theater sound system. Even a call to the Best Buy help line could not solve the problem. Also the picture was not as sharp as I would expect from a 4k TV. I returned the TV when I realized that my 10+ year old Sony has better color and resolution.

    TV is great. Ppl at best buy did a swap for a broken tv that was delivered over christmas time. No hassle, quick and easy and they helped get the new one in my car. Definitely recommend
