    After receiving a broken tv. Finally received a working unit was not able to get my free 3months of apple tv as well as other promised subscriptions.

    Best Buy had the wrong size TV and right size box

    I randomly measured my TV and realize that I did not get my 50 inch. I got a 45 inch TV or if that and I bought my TV during Black Friday of 2024 and it’s messed up that it came in a 50 inch box for the TV itself is not 50 inches outside of that the TV itself is amazing but to know that you paid for a certain size and you didn’t get it is really disheartening

    Only bad feature is volume controls on the side of the remote. Easy to mute unintentionally.

    I didn't get this tv! I was supposed to get this tv but the generalized consensus of the less than satisfactory and quite inept call center staff told me it would be February before my broken tv could be replaced! Fortunately the local store staff proved to me they still believe in proper customer service and replaced my broken unit with a comparable model immediately. Whoever it was that made the decision to block customers from calling the local store directly should be removed from whatever position they collect a paycheck from and put into the situation they make customers to deal with. It's absolutely ridiculous to make customers deal with personell who cannot speak nor understand common english! Very disappointed with Best Buy! I would recommend this tv to anyone but advise them to buy from ebay before handing Best Buy their hard earned pennies!

    Pixelation Issue

    Everything is great except the picture occasionally looks pixelated. It doesn’t bother anyone else who watches the tv but it can be distracting to me and I wish I would’ve exchanged mine when I had the chance.

    I bought this Roku TV based on the good reviews I read here. I am really disappointed. My 6 year old Insignia had a much better picture with more vivid, natural colors. I guess I should’ve shopped around.

    Horrible experience. Bought refurbished- made sure to check the fine print before driving 30 mins to pick it up only to be told upon arrival that there was no remote, stand, or mount. So I’d have to purchase them separately. For that amount I could have just purchased a brand new tv. Waste of time.
