Posted .Hi Clarissa, thanks for your feedback. If you haven't already, try adjusting settings to tailor the audio settings to your liking. First, visit your Roku home screen and navigate to Settings, then Audio. Next, begin streaming a show or movie and while it's playing, press the star * button on your remote. Select Sound settings and navigate through the options to adjust your sound modes, speech clarity, and volume modes. This should help to tailor the audio settings to your liking! Bought this for a guest bedroom and figured with the ease of the Roku platform it would be simple for guests; think again, you will need to buy another streaming device because Roku built a TV without the capability/RAM to run the built in Roku system. DO NOT BUY

Poor Customer Service

Run around, cut off calls multiple times, no replacement TV, NO refund. Talk to “corporate” was response. When finally reached, corporate said to call Roku. They, fortunately, took care of replacement. Still have no idea if my paid for warranty with Best Buy is any good. At this point I’d like that refunded!

Roku TV stopped working.

Roku low quality TV

After 60 days post purchase, the TV screen is black with sound only. I've troubleshooted with Roku and did not fix anything. It has a Roku 1 year warranty but there is no information to contact their customer service or direction on what to do. So many others are having the same issue with no help. Dont BUY

Also when screwing in the TV stand with the provided hardware they would not screw in all the way leaving the tv slightly leaning forward. Feels like low quality all the way around. Glad I bought the warranty Im calling the geek squad out today.

Received shattered!

I was hesitant to buy this tv because roku just started selling their own brand of TVs, had no idea if they stand the test of time, etc. They better refund or exchange me because I am going to get an LG instead. What I should’ve done in the first place and followed my gut. Just buy the Roku stick and get a better brand! What a hassle

Horrible Best Buy customer service

Roku tv was ok...roku supports sucks

Super bummed

Roku is garbage

Junk I have other roku stuff it’s pretty much garbage to. Avoid all Roku stuff if possible now I see why there getting sued!!!!

Screen Flickering After Two Weeks

I’ve tried changing all of the picture settings, hard and soft resets, and everything else the internet has suggested with the tv. Will likely be returning it.

Bad customer service
